Brian O’Kennedy
Managing Director, Clearstream Solutions
Brian has over 16 years’ experience in global supply chain management and procurement particularly in the areas of IT, Media, Print and Packaging. Formerly Managing Director of DC Kavanagh, one of Ireland’s largest independent commercial printing and mailing companies, Brian previously worked for 10 years as Global VP at Arvato Sonopress, a subsidiary of the global media group, Bertelsmann. From its 18 sites around the world, Arvato provides global supply chain solutions to the world’s leading IT, Telco, media and publishing companies. While at Arvato, Brian spent 4 years in the US, where he managed global supply chain relationships with key IT customers including Microsoft, Apple, Dell and HP. Brian previously worked for the IDA and Clondalkin group’s Irish subsidiary, Cahill Printers.
Brian has a degree in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and Certification in Sustainable Management/Training from BSI Group.
Justin Fletcher
Director, Clearstream Solutions
Justin has more than 15 years’ experience in account management, manufacturing, and supply chain management in the IT, media, and software sectors. He most recently served as Managing Director of arvato digital services Singapore, a division of Bertelsmann which provided multi lingual call centers, financial services, supply chain services, and manufacturing to multi-nationals as well as SE Asia based businesses. Prior to his 3 year stint in Singapore, Justin held various roles within arvato, both on the west and east coasts of the USA, primarily focused on growing key global IT accounts such as Microsoft, Dell, HP, and Nokia. He previously worked in advertising and graphic design with several newspapers in the SE, including a small local paper he founded straight out of college. Justin has a BA degree in English with a minor in Marketing from Appalachian State University. He currently lives with his wife and three children in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina.

The team is headed by Mary O’Kennedy with a combined experience of over 20 years in fundraising management and consultancy. O’Kennedy consulting advises organisations throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe working closely with corporates, charities and individuals implementing solutions appropriate to a variety of needs.
Audrey Nugent

Audrey started her carreer as an Urban Planner and over the past three years has been working in the area of sustainabliity and climate change. Over the past number of years,Audrey has gained a wide range of experience in calculating carbon footprints and sustainability strategies for large corporate clients. Audrey is well versed in international protocol and industry best practice in all issues pertianing to sustainability.
