On the 19th of October 2010, Minister Eamonn Ryan will launch this year’s  Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) Ireland report. The keynote speaker on the day will be Yvo de Boer, until recently Executive Secretary of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.

CDP is the largest database of primary corporate climate change information in the world. Thousands of organizations from across the world’s major economies measure and disclose their greenhouse gas emissions and climate change strategies through CDP.  It is fast becoming a global standard for corporate reporting on sustainability and an increasing number of financial institutions and fund managers use the CDP to measure sustainability.

Perhaps now is the time to put additional focus into your organisations sustainability performance?
Clearstream Solutions has assisted a large number of companies both in Ireland and overseas  to comply with the reporting standard, and whether you have responded in 2010 or not, we would be happy to meet with your company to discuss how you can go about submitting to the Carbon Disclosure Project in 2011. Now is the time to begin preparation to participate in next year’s report.
