Dr Leigh Holloway
Director, Eco3
Leigh has worked in the field of eco-design of products and packaging in academia, business support agencies and latterly in commercial consultancy. During the late 1990s Leigh project managed the UK’s first eco-design project aimed specifically at SMEs which was supported by European funding. Following the successful completion of the project he co-founded ProActus Ltd, a specialist sustainable development consultancy. 2 years later he went on to co-found his current consultancy, eco3 Ltd. An expert in life cycle design and carbon foot-printing of products and packaging Leigh assists companies to understand environmental issues in context and to adopt the most appropriate strategy to deal effectively with these. Leigh was a member of the UK Government’s WEEE Advisory Body for the full 3 years of its operation and has also worked as an ‘expert witness’ for various UK Trading Standards Departments in relation to the Packaging Essential Requirements. He has a degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering and a PhD in Ecodesign.

Oonagh Garry
Director, OG Consultancy
Oonagh has over ten years’ experience delivering programmes across a range of public and private sector organisations in the fields of environmental, climate change, energy efficiency and funding. She has extensive experience of managing people, projects and budgets, strategic planning and implementing processes and procedures. Central to Oonagh’s work is her ability to be goal orientated, organised and deliver results. Previously, Oonagh held the role of Programme Manager for the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland where she managed and led the ongoing development and delivery of the business support programme which helped 600 SMEs reduce their energy costs in 2009.
O’Kennedy Consulting
O’Kennedy Consulting provides expect advice and guidance on corporate social responsibility, fundraising and communications issues in the non-for-profit sector. The team is headed by Mary O’Kennedy with a combined experience of over 20 years in fundraising management and consultancy. O’Kennedy consulting advises organisations throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe working closely with corporates, charities and individuals implementing solutions appropriate to a variety of needs.
Conor Molloy
Managing Director, Authentic Solutions
Conor Molloy is on Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland’s (SEAI) panel of advisors and trainers since 2007. He currently coordinates SEAI’s Public Sector ICT working group. Conor founded Authentic Solutions in 2005. He has helped to develop and deliver a range of structured programmes to enable both public and private organisations achieve energy savings through low and no cost actions. Recent projects Conor has worked on include Carbon Foot Prints for government agencies & commercial organisations, Applied training for Energy Managers, Public & Private Sector Energy Assessments and ECOdrive training for fleets.
Lesley Butler
Sustainability Director, Authentic Solutions
Lesley has worked in the environmental sector for 4 years and is on Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland’s panel of advisors. Lesley also acts as SEAI’s relationship advisor to VECs in Ireland. Her expert areas include education, agriculture, offices, awareness and SMEs. Recent projects Lesley has worked on include campaign manager for operation switch off, private & public sector energy assessments and workshop administration.
