With substantial experience in leadership, training, project management and process design, she decided to pivot and align her work life with her personal ethos. She returned to higher education and gained a Graduate Diploma in Design Thinking for Sustainability from UCD

Aoife Beirne 

Commerical Operations | Senior Director

Aoife is responsible for supporting, delivering and enhancing Goodbody Clearstreams’ client operations and journey. She is a qualified Actuary and accomplished senior leader with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry across multiple market segments and jurisdictions. She has developed strong business acumen persistently identifying practical solutions to a wide variety of business challenges.

Mark Bennett 

Climate and Decarbonisation | Senior Director

Mark has 25 years’ experience working internationally in the private, public and NGO sectors on environmental and business strategy. He was previously a Director in Trinity College, Country Manager in Talent Garden, founded an Internet of Things startup and led sustainability projects for Dublin City Council. He has completed traineeships in the EPA, the US EPA and the European Commission. Mark holds a BA in Environmental Science from Trinity College, an MSc in International Management from King’s College London, a postgrad in Sustainable Energy Finance from Dublin City University and has completed the Artificial Intelligence Programme in Oxford University.

Khrystyna Blazejewska

Climate and Sustainability | Manager

Khrystyna holds an MSc in Environmental Engineering from Kharkiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (Ukraine) and graduated from Environmental Project Management Program from SIDA (Sweeden).  Khrystyna has worked on climate change problems developing climate policies, raising awareness, and implementing sustainability and circularity practices in business projects.

Sadhbh Breslin 

Climate and Sustainability | Associate

Sadhbh holds a BSc in Environmental & Sustainable Chemistry from University College Dublin and a MSc in Sustainable Development from Technological University Dublin. During her master’s program, she interned with WEEE Ireland, contributing to circular economy projects and the nationwide collection of e-waste for recycling. Her experience extends to a London-based carbon accounting start-up, where she assisted SMEs in measuring their carbon emissions across operational scopes.

Declan Bogan 

Head of Sustainability Strategy, Engagement and Training 

Declan is our strategy, innovation and training specialist. He has worked with over 75+ organisations on innovation, systems and design thinking across product, people, portfolio and business model proposition elements over the last 20 years. He has also mentored and coached many start-ups on their business proposition evolution, all with a sustainability/climate focus. He holds a degree in Analytical Science and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Dublin City University.  Declan is also co-founder of SustHUB the training division of Clearstream Solutions.

Orla Butler 

Responsible Sourcing & Circular Economy | Associate

Orla graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BA in European Studies, specialising in EU policy-making. Following graduation, she worked in an environmental NGO in Brussels, focusing on the development of circular economy policies at EU level. She also holds an MSc in Sustainability Science and Policy from Maastricht University, where her research included policy analysis of recent environmental regulations such as the EU Deforestation Regulation

Emily Cantwell – Kelly

Climate and Sustainability | Manager

Emily graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BA in Economics and Geography, specialising in environmental governance and sustainability policy. After graduating, Emily set up her own business, working with clients in the Irish circular textile and sustainability space, gaining experience in corporate sustainability strategy and digital sustainability marketing. She  also studied at  the Cambridge University Institute of Sustainability Leadership, deeping her knowledge to effectively embed sustainability into business.

Laura Grimes 

Sustainability and Data Analysis | Manager

Laura is an Environmental Science and Technology Graduate from Dublin City University. After graduating, she returned to DCU’s School of Chemical Sciences to continue research on portable microfluidic platforms for herbicide analysis, and evaluation of the environmental impact of 3D printing. She has also spent time operating the environmental lab for Astellas Ireland and is currently up-skilling in data analytics with NCI.

Ann Marie Harte 

Operations Manager

Ann-Marie Harte is the Operations Manager at Clearstream Solutions. She has a degree in Business Studies and comes from a background in the Insurance Industry and most recently a postgraduate medical training body. Ann-Marie is responsible for the smooth and thorough onboarding of new and existing clients and their projects.

Katie Heston 

Nature and Responsible Business | Director

Katie is Biodiversity & Nature reporting lead at Clearstream Solutions. She supports clients on their corporate biodiversity journey, particularly those operating in the built environment. She is also responsible for key account management across a wide range of sectors. Katie has previously worked for construction companies Cairn Homes Plc, BAM and CRH in ESG reporting. She has a background in Marine Biology and holds a bachelors degree from NUI Galway and an MSc in Environmental Policy from UCD.

Colm Hogan 

ESG Reporting and Compliance | Manager

Colm is a Manager within our Responsible Business team, focusing on Regulatory Compliance and ESG Sustainability Reporting. He is a qualified solicitor admitted in Ireland, England and Wales and is a member of the Irish Language Solicitors Register.  He completed his legal training in William Fry LLP in Dublin and has also worked as Legal and Commercial Advisor for a large construction and infrastructure company in New Zealand. Colm holds a BA in Law & French from Trinity College Dublin and Diplomas in Business, International Relations and the Global Economy from the London School of Economics and Politics and in European Law from Université Capitole I Toulouse.  

 

Leigh Holloway 

Packaging, LCA and Resource | Consulting Partner

Leigh Holloway has over 25 years’ experience in the field of LCA, sustainable product design and the circular economy. He has worked in academia, business support and commercial consultancy across many different industry sectors including packaging, FMCG, food & drink and ICT. Delivering carbon foot printing studies, sustainable design projects and developing bespoke calculation tools.  Leigh has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Ecodesign. He is a fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and an associate member of the Foodservice Packaging Association.

Keletso Malepe 

Responsible Business | Manager

Keletso is the  Responsible Business Manager with Clearstream Solutions  providing  support to corporates on their ESG strategy, biodiversity, and Responsible Business programs. She holds a BSc Honours Degree in Geology from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MSc in Environmental Resource Management from University College Dublin. She has  worked with private and public sectors on nature conservation-related projects, environmental research, and corporate sustainability reporting (ESG). Before her current role as a Consulting Manager at Clearstream Solutions, she worked as a sustainability reporting specialist at Logitech as part of the Global Corporate Sustainability team.

Mia McCarthy 

Responsible Business and ESG Reporting | Associate

Mia has a BSc in Science, specialising in Zoology from The University of Galway and an MSc in Sustainable Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School where she was awarded the ‘Goodbody Sustainable Finance Scholarship’. During her master’s programme she interned with Goodbody Clearstream, before starting as a Graduate in September. Mia is working on the Responsible Business & ESG Reporting and Sustainability Training teams.

Ché McGann 

Head of Sustainability Strategy and Reporting

Ché is Responsible Business and Reporting Lead with Clearstream Solutions providing guidance and implementation support to corporates from a wide range of sectors on their ESG strategy & reporting.  She holds an MSc in Sustainable Development from TUD and is an engineer by training. She previously worked for Sustainable Nation and global medical device manufacturers such as Boston Scientific, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and FT Technologies. She also supports the CDP Ireland Network.

Fran McNulty 

Responsible Business | Director

Fran holds a Graduate Diploma in Design Thinking for Sustainability from UCD, focusing on product and service design and business innovation with a sustainability mindset. She has over 13 years’ experience in project development and management in industries including technology, television and animation. Before joining Clearstream Solutions she worked in sustainability leadership and product development in the tech sector.

Colman O’Kelly

ESG & Responsible Business | Associate

Colman holds a BSc in International Business and French from Dublin City University and an MSc in Sustainable Finance from Kedge Business School in Paris, graduating from both with First-Class Honours. With a strong academic foundation in both sustainability and business, he has also gained valuable experience working on the Impact team at Vestiaire Collective, a French e-commerce scale up, where he focused on sustainable supply chains, resource efficiency, and consumer engagement around sustainability. Additionally, Colman also worked as an analyst with a startup in the Sustainable Finance sector, focusing on driving innovative solutions that align financial strategies with environmental impact.

Brian O’Kennedy

Circular Economy and LCA lead | Managing Director

Brian O’Kennedy is CEO of Clearstream Solutions, a leading independent carbon management and corporate sustainability consultancy which he founded in 2009. Brian has over 20 years’ leadership experience in global supply chain management and procurement, particularly in the areas of IT, Media, Print and Packaging.  Brian has served as Chair of the CDP Ireland Network, the global carbon reporting program, and is also a member of Steering Committee of the global Responsible Sourcing standard, Verego SRS.  He has a degree in Economics from Trinity College, a Certificate in Sustainable Management from BSI Group and is currently studying the Circular Economy at TU Delft.

Fionn Phelan

Climate Strategy and Reporting | Senior Manager

Fionn holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy from Dublin City University, focusing on Irish environmental policy. Before joining Clearstream he worked within the Climate Change Unit at the Central Bank of Ireland, primarily on sustainable finance regulation and policies.

Kristine Popielarczyk

Responsible Business | Manager

Kristine has a BSc in Business Administration specialising in Supply Chain Management from Colorado State University, and a MSc in Supply Chain Management from University College Dublin. Before joining Clearstream she supported the establishment of critical part inventory and maintenance programmes for a utilities and services provider to environmental remediation projects in the pacific northwest United States.

Bernardo Salomon

Product Sustainability | Manager

Bernardo is an Industrial Engineer with experience working as a Quality Control Analyst and as a Health, Safety and Environment Supervisor for a brewery in Bolivia. Pursuing a career in sustainability, he completed a MSc in Sustainable Energies and Green Technologies at University College Dublin. He has experience in life-cycle analysis, circular economy principles and renewable energy systems design.

Paul Stephenson

Climate & Sustainability | Director

Paul has a BSc. in Materials Science and an MSc. in Renewable Energy Engineering. He has over 14 years’ experience in energy efficiency, carbon accounting and strategy work across multiple sectors including construction, banking, FMCG and tech to name a few. In his spare time he enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors with his family.  Prior to joining Clearstream Solutions, he worked for Logitech in the global corporate sustainability team.

Gavin Whitaker

Head of Climate Advisory Lead 

Gavin Whitaker is Consulting Director at Clearstream Solutions and has held key senior management roles in Marketing, Sales and Operations over the past 20 years. He has trained as a Carbon Consultant according to the ISO 14064 Standard and has extensive experience in organizational carbon footprinting. Gavin has a BA from UCC in Economics & Sociology, a MA in Marketing from University of Ulster, has studied International Business in Harvard University, CSA ISO 14064-1 Measuring an Organisations Carbon Footprint and CSA ISO 14064 -2 Reducing an Organisations Environmental Impact.
